Development

In 2019, Condor began its development and home renovation division, which operates primarily in northern New Jersey.

Condor has completed projects in an array of NJ locales, including Englewood, Cranford, Nutley, Bergenfield, Plainfield, and Teaneck.

Since 2019, Condor has engaged in a number of commercial development and renovation projects. This includes the renovation of a single-unit medical office and a parking lot that was prepared for proper drainage and newly paved.
