About Us

Yair began his real estate career as a manager of a large New-Jersey-based multifamily management company. He quickly advanced to become a regional manager responsible for the management of roughly 600 multifamily units. In 2019, he founded Condor Property Group, where he has leveraged his experience and oversees the management of Condor’s holdings. His management style is professional, efficient, and data driven.

Prior to founding Condor Property Group, Yehuda practiced as a trusts and estates and tax attorney. He provided counsel to high-net-worth clients on their real estate holdings, including tax planning and succession matters. At Condor, he heads the development sector of the company and has built a team of professionals dedicated to the mission and values of Condor.
