Condor’s in-house management team has been managing properties since 2017. Initially, Condor managed properties in close proximity to its corporate office in NJ. In 2022 Condor expanded its management reach beyond NJ – to Western Ohio.

Its team of skilled in-house managers allows Condor to keep management costs low and to constantly seek opportunities to add value by lowering operational expenses. Condor’s ability to effectively self-manage both local and out-of-state properties, enables it to identify expense overruns in potential real estate acquisitions, move quickly in establishing a local team to manage a property and increase operational efficiencies which always improve the bottom line.

Multifamily Management

With a focus on multifamily management, Condor benefits from its ability to make decisions quickly and efficiently. Leveraging its development work, Condor has a team of more specialized professionals with whom it has a long working relationship. These relationships enable Condor to address a broad range of issues that can arise in field of property management.

Hospitality Management

Condor Property Group owns and manages a Sonesta-Branded Hotel: America’s Best Value Inn and Suites of St Marys, OH. This hotel is a destination hotel for travelers to vacation near the Grand Lake (Ohio’s largest inland lake), enjoy local summer concerts, and attend dirt track races at the famed, Tony-Stuart-owned Eldora Raceway. The hotel also enjoys the patronage of traveling businesspeople who travel to the area due to its substantial manufacturing economy.

Codor benefits from an excellent in-house team of hospitality management professionals. This team, totaling thirteen full- and part-time staff, is the eyes and ears of Condor on the ground and has effectively managed the daily goings on at the hotel.
